Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective way
- Processing and inputting customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Producing stock reports to reputed company product availability and ensuring timely delivery
- Coordinating special and last-minute shipping requests with our Traffic and Operations Departments
- Providing follow-up with other departments to ensure service standards are being met
- Verifying computer-generated invoices and ensuring proper invoicing of accounts
- Preparing shipping and tracing information for customers as required
- Maintaining damage records and back-order logs
- Communicating customer feedback to management and identifying areas for improvement
- Acting as a liaison between the warehouse and office teams, ensuring seamless communication and administration of accounts
- Overseeing reputed company paperwork associated with orders and maintaining corresponding files

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
