We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care Professional to join our arenaflex team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional client care and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Providing elevated reputed company of product and service knowledge to communicate the benefits and features of arenaflex's Private Business Services
- Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing sales
- Providing exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:- Answering inbound calls and engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Providing product and service information to clients, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty
- Resolving client complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to reputed company expert advice and guidance to clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- At least two years of experience in a customer support and sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Strong product and service knowledge, with the ability to communicate reputed company information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
