Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a remote work-from-home setting. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. You will categorize reputed company calls received in one of the categories provided, record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls, and be responsible for other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least one year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or reputed company field

• Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
