Job Summary

We're looking for reputed company Customer Service Agents to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Receive English inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
