Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering their questions. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone calls throughout scheduled shifts, assisting customers with reputed company claims and enrollment

Requirements

* 1+ year of call center experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Must reputed company in the United States
• Successfully complete the mandatory paid 4-week training program with 100% attendance
• Possess a private, dedicated, distraction-free quiet workspace that meets HIPAA requirements
• Have reputed company to two (2) 22" monitors with a video adaptor and a US-based internet service provider (hardwired reputed company only)
• Pass a background reputed company and maintain a clean driving record (if applicable)

Training and Development

* Participate in a comprehensive 4-week training program (Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST) that covers essential skills and knowledge required for the role
