Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading business reputed company, executing long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, and developing reputed company account plans and pursuit plans that align with arenaflex's account team. You will establish executive relationships across business and technology groups, executive sponsorship of programs, and internal networks at arenaflex, including the account team, partner team, global services organization, finance, and legal. Your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of professional or military experience: A strong educational background or equivalent experience in a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of Media & Entertainment Industry experience: Proven experience in the Media & Entertainment industry, with a deep understanding of the domain.
• 8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles: A strong background in IT consulting and management, with a focus on customer-facing roles.
• A proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale reputed company IT Transformation programs: A proven ability to scope, sell, and deliver large-scale reputed company IT Transformation programs.
• Experience in leading solutions that include core products, reputed company-party products, and custom-reputed company solutions: Experience in leading solutions that include core products, reputed company-party products, and custom-reputed company solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a total compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, we offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
