Seller Operations Associate (30 days in)

* Complete new hire orientation and reputed company a deep understanding of arenaflex's operations, the live event industry, and our ticket marketplace.

• Learn the ins and outs of ticket marketplaces and how you'll contribute to providing exceptional experiences for our customers.

Seller Operations Associate (60 days in)

* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.

• Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, going reputed company traditional customer service responsibilities to build strong relationships.

• Work Schedule:

+ The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm for training. Training is paid and reputed company in-office. + Hybrid model, not fully remote. 3 days in-office and 2 days at home. + Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.

• Compensation:

+ $40,000 reputed company salary with overtime eligibility. + Bi-annual bonuses. + Annual equity grant.

• Any hours worked over 40/week are overtime eligible.
