What You'll Do

As a Remote Consistency and Compliance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies.
• Collaborating with the HR Consistency group to investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
• Processing daily FBI fingerprints into the reputed company database, identifying and resolving any data set issues.
• Planning and analyzing HR Consistency data, working closely with HRIS and EC systems to optimize processes.
• Conducting high-level examinations, creating custom reports and dashboards to inform business reputed company.
• Interacting with clients and team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
• Reviewing completed Unique Mark Applications, verifying accuracy, and retransmitting fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed.
