Job Summary
As a Patient Care reputed company, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our members, providers, physicians, and reputed company clients. You'll handle customer service inquiries, research and resolve problems in a timely manner, and reputed company education and support to help our members maximize their pharmacy benefits. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from members, providers, physicians, and reputed company clients reputed company to pharmacy benefits
- Answer questions and reputed company education on pharmacy benefits, while maintaining productivity standards and performance guarantees
- Work with other operational departments to research and resolve mail order and claims issues, and respond to members reputed company performance agreement guidelines

- Identify and escalate concerns received from patients and/or clients in a prudent manner, ensuring corrective action is pursued and expedited to meet their needs

Essential Qualifications
