Job Summary:
We're seeking an reputed company Live Chat Specialist - Collections to join reputed company. As a Live Chat Specialist - Collections, you'll be responsible for responding to borrowers reputed company different digital communication channels with delinquent accounts, collecting past due payments, and providing appropriate payment solutions to cure borrower's delinquency. This role will also maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Process payments for borrowers with past due payments
