Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative and Interviewer to join our Telemed team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting interviews with clients applying for insurance
• Obtaining health history and personal information from clients
• Promoting professionalism and adhering to confidentiality agreements
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, agents, brokers, and applicants
• Supporting the mission statement to reputed company, enhance, and promote quality customer service through team efforts
• Exhibiting flexibility, sensitivity, and respect in maintaining a working relationship with reputed company team members
• Participating in development programs and maintaining certification where applicable
• Cross-training to other positions as directed
• Training teammates on new tasks and mentoring new employees
• Answering questions on process and system functionality
• Maintaining a professional image at reputed company times while representing arenaflex

Key Responsibilities

* Interviews: + Conduct interviews with clients applying for insurance + Obtain health history and personal information from clients + Promote professionalism and adhere to confidentiality agreements

• Customer Service:

• Goals & Objectives:

Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent

• Good organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Critical thinking
• Ability to work compatibly as reputed company member with co-workers

• Prefer 6 months of customer service experience and knowledge of medical terminology

Working Conditions

* Part-Time: 25-29 hours per week

• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Lift up to 10 lbs
• Utilize computer, monitor, and keyboard for assigned shift

Remote Requirements

* Desktop or laptop computer with reputed company 10 or newer

• A second monitor will be needed prior to starting this position, if hired
• High-speed internet capable of being wired (cannot use Wi-Fi for this position)
