Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming phone calls throughout scheduled shifts, assisting customers with reputed company claims and enrollment
- Developing a warm and friendly approach to build a good rapport with callers
- De-escalating and managing difficult calls with professionalism and level-headedness
- Providing consistent, high-quality customer support with excellent listening skills, research, and attention to detail
- Navigating multiple applications on reputed company with strong navigation skills and the ability to quickly transition from one task to another
- Working with dual monitors and being proficient with keyboard shortcuts
- Maintaining a high level of typing speed (25 WPM) and accuracy
- Collaborating with a supportive team to create positive experiences for our members
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Residency in the United States
- Ability to successfully complete the mandatory paid 4-week training program with 100% attendance
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in reputed company or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and regulations

Training and Development
* Our comprehensive training program will reputed company you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a Virtual Customer Service Associate
- Training will take reputed company Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST, for 4 weeks
- You'll have the opportunity to learn from reputed company trainers and reputed company your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment
Equipment and Workspace Requirements
* Two (2) 22" monitors with a video reputed company
- Direct reputed company to the internet (hardwired)
- US-based internet service provider (no wireless available)
- Private, dedicated, distraction-free quiet workspace
- Camera provided for training purposes
Compensation and Benefits
* $14.50 per hour
- W2 (employee) position
- Paid biweekly reputed company direct deposit
- reputed company mandatory events are paid (orientation, training, and nesting)
- Contingent upon successfully completing and passing a background reputed company
