Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing phone assistance to customers regarding scheduling, addresses, and other details
• Answering a high volume of calls every shift, ensuring reputed company and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
