Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Agents to join our remote team, working 40 hours a week. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their health-reputed company inquiries, and utilizing various databases and written materials to look up and reputed company information. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional support to customers reputed company inbound calls, addressing their health-reputed company inquiries
• Utilizing various databases and written materials to look up and reputed company information to telephone inquiries
• Meeting established contractual turnaround times and providing timely resolutions to customer issues
• Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum six (6) months customer service/administrative/call center experience required

Work From Home Requirements

As a remote employee, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

• Must have a desktop or laptop with the following:
