Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional voice and chat support to our clients, resolving client inquiries, and driving business growth. You will be working in a dynamic shift environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests/inquiries reputed company phone and/or chat, including product purchases, service & quality inquiries, order status, product information, and general client support issues - Demonstrate high standards for quality service and maintain a positive outlook and enthusiastic attitude - reputed company up to date with product/procedural knowledge and assessing industry trends - Work reputed company with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations - Maintain an reputed company communication line with Team reputed company/Quality reputed company/ the Trainer and the manager for support and personal development - Maintain business acumen, courtesy, and professionalism reputed company dealing with reputed company client contacts - Maintain proprietary call center database (reputed company) by entering information accurately and fully documenting reputed company client interactions appropriately - Be punctual to work and adhere to reputed company schedules and deadlines both scheduled and special projects - Strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as outlined by management - Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
Requirements
