Job Summary

As a Student Loan Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to student borrowers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, professional, and effective. Key Responsibilities

* Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, and resolving any emerging problems

• Practice active listening, reputed company, and clear communication to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and professional
• Utilize standard technology, such as a telephone, email, and web browser, to navigate to pre-scripted responses and reputed company basic general and claims-specific information
• Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, including working reputed company various systems, timekeeping, and documentation of calls from end to end
• Assist callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to the plan provider for processing
• Complete basic call log, documentation, and reputed company call details for each phone inquiry

Schedule

* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm

• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High School diploma or equivalent required

• Must be reputed company to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently
• Must be reputed company to type a minimum of 35 WPM
• Experience working with a personal computer and the reputed company operating system is required
