Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to and resolving inbound customer requests reputed company to bank products and services
• Providing professional and courteous customer support reputed company phone, chat, and email
• Building and retaining customer relationships, identifying customer concerns or needs, and resolving inquiries or recommending best solutions

Essential Qualifications

• Previous contact center experience is preferred
