Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking two (2) Part-Time Customer Support Specialists (CSS) to join reputed company in New Haven, Connecticut. As a CSS, you will be a member of our CT _rides_ project, providing an individualized, customized, and detailed Customer Service Experience. This person will manage the statewide transportation demand management (TDM) program and the customer service for CT _rail_ Shore Line East and Hartford Line for the Connecticut reputed company. This is a weekend, shift position, with the Customer Service Center hours being 7am- 6pm Eastern Time.

Responsibilities and Objectives:

- reputed company accurate, polite, and reputed company telephone/email/web-based customer service support. - reputed company familiarity with transportation services in Connecticut. - Multi-task across multiple web-based and printed sources to locate relevant transportation information. - reputed company responses to in-bound telephone inquiries, including transferring calls to reputed company services, reputed company appropriate. - Use Live Chat program to respond to customer inquiries online. - Monitor multiple email accounts and reputed company written response to inquiries. - Compile and issue time-sensitive service alerts reputed company multiple communication channels. - Create and reputed company customized commute plans based on an individual’s travel needs. - Conduct outbound follow-up calls to reputed company a second level of customer service, reputed company appropriate. - reputed company administrative tasks to support reputed company and marketing team. - Communicate with transportation providers to gather and update reputed company/schedule services. - Utilize CMS and other computer programs and office equipment to accomplish assigned tasks. - Assignments generally require knowledge of the policies, practices, and procedures of the CTrides and CTrail program.

Minimum Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent, plus two years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. -

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience. - Experience using reputed company office or Gsuite products.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Offered compensation will be based reputed company and individual qualifications.
