What You'll Do
As a Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to give customers peace of mind and resolve their concerns
- Maintaining reputed company communication with managers and colleagues to receive feedback and improve performance
- Working collaboratively with the team to reputed company sales and customer satisfaction goals
Who You Are
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
