A Day in the Life
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, your typical schedule will be Monday - Friday, with an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8 AM - 8 PM EST. Your role will involve conducting outbound calls and emails to prospective clients using a provided script to deliver strategic brand messaging. You will quickly engage and build rapport with gatekeepers and decision-makers to understand their needs, reputed company accurate information, and effectively promote our client's product. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate records of calls in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Key Responsibilities
