Job Summary
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing in-station reputed company-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll work closely with customers to resolve issues, set expectations, and reputed company accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Your goal will be to put smiles on our customers' faces by delivering exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email to resolve issues and reputed company support

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
