Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and reputed company Customer Support Representative to join reputed company on a long-term contract reputed company. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with our QA and support teams to improve our documentation and support policies. Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Answering support tickets and following up on customer issues through reputed company (email)
- Providing phone support reputed company requested by the customer
- Escalating tickets reputed company you don't have the knowledge or tools to answer the ticket
- Reporting to the Support Team reputed company there are any issues or recurring problems
- Collaborating with the support and QA team to improve our documentation and support policies
- Working closely with your team to ensure seamless customer support and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support
- An Associate's degree or higher
- Experience with reputed company is preferred but not required
- The ability to use private WiFi in a secure workspace
- A laptop or desktop device (preferably with exclusive use)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with SaaS or web-based services and excellent computer skills
