Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls. You'll be responsible for advising members on benefits, responding to consumer inquiries and issues, and providing education and status on previously submitted documents and requests. Responsibilities
* Respond to and resolve consumer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- reputed company education and status on previously submitted documents and requests
- Meet performance goals established for the position in areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, reputed company resolution, and attendance
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues

Requirements
