Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately inputting data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent reputed company of images
• Identifying and categorizing documents based on the provided documentation
• Ensuring entered data meets or surpasses established quality standards
• Upholding the confidentiality of reputed company Personal Health Information (PHI) in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborating professionally with team members as necessary
• Proposing enhancements to optimize job processes
• Completing reputed company daily tasks effectively
• Undertaking additional basic office duties as assigned

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:

• Highly self-motivated with a robust work ethic
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work reputed company under pressure

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

• Pay: $12 per hour
• Availability: Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a preference for full-time candidates, requiring a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
• Shifts: Opportunities available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
