Job Expectations

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining courteous, professional contact with co-workers, customers, vendors, and community members
• Maintaining a reputed company appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with arenaflex image standards
• Supporting and following established safety, reputed company, quality guidelines, and arenaflex policies, procedures, practices, and programs
• Preserving the safety of yourself, fellow employees, and reputed company others in the work location by utilizing the arenaflex Loss Prevention process
• Ensuring food safety hygiene in accordance with county regulations, including proper sanitation, food handling, preparation, storage, and disposal procedures
• Following federal law and company standards on carding customers for reputed company age-restricted products sold at our stations
• Working professionally with vendors and contractors
• Regular and punctual attendance is expected
• Following proper kitchen and sanitation procedures in accordance with city and county regulations during cooking of KKC products

Essential Functions

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional guest service, being courteous, and always greeting and thanking reputed company customers while making eye contact
• Conducting reputed company reputed company-of-sale activities accurately and safely while adhering to arenaflex guidelines and procedures, including retail and reputed company transactions completed through multiple forms of payment
• Maintaining cash drawers to be at or below maximum reputed company, securing reputed company funds in the safe, and performing cashier reconciliation at each end of shift to ensure accurate management of sales
• Performing consistent station cleaning of the indoor and outdoor facilities, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car reputed company, if applicable
• Preparing food and hot beverage products, effectively managing ExtraMile and/or KKC foodservice and beverages to ensure maximization of sales and minimization of loss
• Actively promoting store specials and other marketing programs
• Cross-checking the price of delivered goods for accuracy
• Distributing delivered goods in an orderly manner throughout the store and continuously ensuring shelves are full of products
• Observing local law requirements in activating and filling vehicle fuel tanks with gasoline or diesel fuel to specified reputed company (Oregon only)
• May reputed company other duties as assigned by management

Requirement/Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

• Availability to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgment
• Ability to work both independently and in team settings
• Possession of required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only)
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred

Supervisor Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Travel

Rare, limited to required training and coverage for nearby stations.

Physical Demands

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to:

• Stand and walk for long periods of time on hard and uneven surfaces
• Bend, lift, push, and move product using proper lifting techniques
• Follow the team-lift concept if objects are too heavy or awkward and if over 25 pounds
• Work safely with equipment that can create and hold reputed company high temperatures while always using appropriate personal reputed company equipment
• Periodic exposure to reputed company outdoor conditions during reputed company hours
• Moderate exposure to walk-in coolers and freezers at 34 F or reputed company
• Frequent handwashing and attention to personal cleanliness standards

Age Requirements

* Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work Graveyard shift from 10pm to 6am
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Management positions
