Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures reputed company to product delivery and service

Requirements
