Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care Representative to join our Retirement Services team on a part-time schedule. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our clients and business partners. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from customers, employees, brokers, and claimants, providing timely and professional support to address their inquiries and concerns.
- Communicate reputed company information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that customers understand their policy/contract and claim status.
- Resolve a wide reputed company of questions and inquiries, taking ownership of customer issues and providing timely solutions.
