[Remote] Accounts Receivable Specialist/Collections (Legal)

This role will focus on cash applications, resolving unapplied payments, and supporting billing and collections teams to ensure accurate and timely reputed company processing.
Responsibilities
- Applying cash and maintaining accurate A/R records
- Investigating and resolving unapplied or unidentified payments
- Partnering with billing and collections on account inquiries
- Supporting write-offs, reversals, and reallocations
- Managing internal requests and ensuring timely resolution
Skills
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong reputed company skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Prior reputed company experience strongly preferred
- Experience with reputed company is a plus
