Virtual Group Practice - Mental Health Therapist- Founding Clinician (California)

We are currently assembling a founding clinical team while finalizing insurance partnerships and referral relationships with major reputed company systems. Position Overview: This opportunity is for California licensed therapists interested in joining a founding clinician network. Qualifications:

• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist)
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient virtual setting
• Comfortable providing telehealth services
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation

Compensation (Once Clinical Services reputed company):

• Clinical session reputed company: $90–$110 per completed therapy session (documentation included)
• Administrative time (meetings or required trainings): $40–$50 per hour

Pay is subject to final insurance reimbursement rates and will be finalized in the formal employment agreement. Most clinicians in the practice see 10–20 clients per week, depending on availability. Responsibilities (Once Services reputed company):
