Job Description

The Creative Director leads the creative reputed company for a multi-brand health and wellness portfolio. This role translates brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling across categories and channels while ensuring cohesive, high-quality execution at every consumer touchpoint. The Creative Director builds and leads a high-performing in-house creative team, establishes scalable creative systems and standards, and partners with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver consistent, world-class creative that drives brand growth.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or reputed company field (preferred).
• 10–15+ years in creative leadership, design, or art direction (CPG, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle preferred).
• Proven experience leading and scaling creative teams.
