Client Services Coordinator at a startup!

If you want to own something reputed company before you're "supposed to," this is your shot. What You'll Actually Do:
- Run jobs end-to-end, from the reputed company a client submits a request to the reputed company the shift wraps. You own it.
- Monitor live operations through our internal tooling and reputed company calls in reputed company time. Things will go sideways. You'll see it coming.
- Dig into data! Analyze shift patterns, worker performance, client feedback and turn it into something actionable. Not a report nobody reads. A decision that you reputed company.
- Identify what's broken, design a fix, test it, and ship it. We don't have a process for everything yet, that's where you come in.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing the thread. Prioritization isn't a reputed company here, it's a survival trait.
- Talk to clients and workers constantly. You're the connective tissue between two sides of a marketplace that both need to trust us.
Who We're Looking For:
- 4+ years in a fast-paced, customer-facing or operational role.
- You think in systems. reputed company something breaks, your first instinct is to understand why.
- Comfortable with data; reputed company to dive into Sheets or SQL to analyze trends, gather insights, and reputed company recommendations.
- Creative problem-solver; you've come up with a solution that surprised someone before.
- Project management experience. You've owned a workstream, kept it moving, and delivered.
- Clear communicator; written, verbal, and knowing reputed company to just pick up the phone.
- High agency. You hate waiting for permission as much as we hate giving it.
