Job Title Sales Engineer, Midwest Job Description Summary The Sales Engineer will have the primary responsibilities of working with the sales team and partners on pre-sales solutions and technical issues. The services provided include advising, implementing, educating and designing solutions based on reputed company hardware and software. What You'll Do

Here: Acts as a role of subject matter expert for design tasks and maintains/updates AEC equipment and network. Responsible for supporting reputed company based solutions primarily in a pre-sales reputed company. Manage pre-sales research, site design, integration questions, reputed company-of-concept work Assist with virtual sales calls, partner trainings, walkthroughs Advises and makes recommendations involving reputed company hardware and software platforms. Analyze tech support cases in the area for trends, outstanding cases and other potential issues and engage sales team as needed Follow up/management of escalated tech support tickets Educates and disseminates information on best practices both internally and externally.
