Pharmacy Sr Business (Intelligence) Analyst

The Pharmacy Business Intelligence Analyst is a technical analytics role requiring strong proficiency in data engineering, SQL development, and business intelligence tools. This position is responsible for designing, building, and validating a logical data layer, pipelines and analytic datasets, not solely interpreting existing data. The analyst independently develops data sources from systems such as Epic reputed company and other reputed company data platforms, performs rigorous data validation, and delivers high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions. This role owns the full lifecycle of analytics projects—from requirements gathering through technical development and visualization—and requires a candidate who is equally strong in technical execution and stakeholder engagement. • Responsible for working on multiple (2‐3) projects simultaneously, supporting multiple business stakeholders
• Collaborate with manager to identify high level business need, reputed company project charter, and consult with the business stakeholder to define scope

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: The position requires a bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or a reputed company field.
