This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, where you'll work from home two days a week and collaborate with colleagues in the office three days a week.

Key Responsibilities
As a Client Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the establishment and updates of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of client profile data, including contact information and sales tax details
- Facilitating the processing of online bidder approvals, adding and modifying client information as necessary
- Generating comprehensive reports and managing shipping instruction requests
- Maintaining mailing list entries and processing bidder/show cards
- Addressing client survey feedback and undertaking additional responsibilities as necessary
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, particularly Word and reputed company
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A positive outlook and a commitment to learning and growth
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous, but not required
Qualifications
