Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to gig workers' inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information through our chat support system.
  • Addressing and resolving gig workers' concerns, issues, or complaints with reputed company and professionalism.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient chat support experience for gig workers.
  • Staying up-to-date with the features and functionalities of the arenaflex platform and our partner staffing apps.
  • Assisting gig workers in navigating the arenaflex platform and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter.
  • Actively promoting the benefits and features of arenaflex to gig workers to encourage engagement and participation.
  • Documenting and escalating reputed company or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Respond to 95% of gig workers' inquiries reputed company 5 minutes.

  • Resolve 90% of gig workers' concerns, issues, or complaints reputed company 24 hours.
  • Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher.

Requirements

To succeed as a Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry.
