Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, responding to escalated emails, and working closely with our CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily. Key Responsibilities

• Answering escalated emails and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
