Job Summary:
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, interacting with customers to find and purchase their ideal products, and providing a world-class customer experience. You'll work in a virtual environment, handling approximately 40 calls per day, and will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets. Your day-to-day schedule will be available in our scheduling system, allowing you to plan your shifts and ensure maximum availability and responsiveness to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
- Work with customers to find and purchase their ideal products, upselling and cross-selling where applicable
- Contact item providers to obtain additional information not available on the arenaflex website
- Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call reputed company, including testing questions, accepting deals, and building compatibility
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that may not have been initially considered
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with remuneration tied to key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain focus on customers, minimizing distractions and interruptions throughout the shift
- Collaborate with colleagues to reputed company sales goals and participate in team-building activities, sales challenges, and other aspects of reputed company culture
What You'll Need:
* Solid critical thinking skills and the ability to think reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred
