What You'll Be Doing

As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional technical support and customer service to our Fios customers. You'll join a tech support team in a call center to help our customers with their voice, data, and video services, troubleshooting issues in hardware, software, applications, networks, or devices and answering customer tech questions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers with order inquiry and/or trouble reports
  • Providing customers with service support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features reputed company the fiber and/or copper network
  • Performing analysis and isolation of trouble conditions and creating and sorting trouble reports
  • Utilizing knowledge of communication and networking components to reputed company customers with service support and configuration of customer equipment
  • Communicating reputed company and professionally, delivering technical/industry information in a manner appropriate to the audience
  • Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business

Essential Qualifications

* A reputed company Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience

  • Technical support call center experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with fiber and/or copper network technologies

  • Knowledge of communication and networking components
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in technical support or customer service

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of communication and networking components
