In Your Typical Day, You Will:

* Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound (dialer) calls a day: Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their queries and concerns.

• Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and any general mortgage information: Help customers navigate the mortgage process, providing clear and concise information to ensure their understanding and satisfaction.
• Discuss arenaflex customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR: reputed company customers about the benefits of our digital platforms and services, empowering them to take control of their mortgage experience.
• Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment: reputed company timely support to customers who are facing payment challenges, ensuring they receive the help they need to stay on track.

Qualifications:

* 6 months or more with customer service experience: reputed company your customer service skills and experience to deliver exceptional results in this role.

• 6 months or more with call center experience: Bring your call center expertise to arenaflex, helping us to reputed company world-class customer service.

Additional Details:
