The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class service to our customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, upselling and cross-selling products and services, and providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or sales

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and hardware, as well as experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
