Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Princeton, NJ. As a Member Service Representative, you'll reputed company telephone assistance to reputed company reputed company members and providers, assisting with inquiries such as eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. You'll be responsible for delivering an excellent experience to our callers each and every time, using strong customer skills to resolve issues and meet performance standards.

Responsibilities

* Answer in-coming member and provider calls and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.

• Requires high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable; use of Wi-Fi is not permitted.
