Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating and answering questions regarding customers' warranties. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company customer issues and find solutions that meet their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns

Requirements
* High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions to reputed company customer issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate customer interactions and manage conflict effectively
