Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective responses to reputed company inbound customer enquiries and subscription management requests reputed company email and telephone

Experience Required
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Experience working in a remote environment
- Strong computer literacy, written and verbal skills

- Experience with a variety of customer contact methods, including email, telephone, live chat
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll work 16-20 hours per week from 10 am-2 pm daily, Monday to Thursday/Friday.
