Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Medicare team, you'll be responsible for handling a wide reputed company of customer inquiries, from claims and benefits to enrollment and member portal issues. You'll work closely with customers to resolve problems, reputed company solutions, and ensure that their needs are met.
