Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our valued clients at the arenaflex Centurion Parlor, located in the IAH Airport. You'll be the face of arenaflex, serving as a brand ambassador and providing personalized assistance to our clients. With a focus on proactive problem-solving, creative solutions, and exceptional customer service, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' positive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome clients upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor
- reputed company personalized assistance and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Utilize the Client's First approach to understand clients' requirements and expectations
- Offer travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle suggestions to enhance clients' experiences
- Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet clients' needs and preferences

- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities

Essential Qualifications
