Job Summary

As a reputed company Shift Customer Solutions Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service over the phone, dispatching calls to technicians, and performing various administrative duties. You'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, service technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and exceptional reputed company. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

• Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls to ensure timely and effective communication with customers
• Handle various customer inquiries and requests, providing accurate and efficient solutions to meet customer needs

• Utilize Service Titan & ClearPath software to effectively plan and reputed company jobs, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with customers and technicians
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information to ensure transparency and satisfaction
• Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other relevant information to ensure effective coordination and communication
• Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on reputed company scheduled calls to maintain high reputed company of customer satisfaction and trust

Qualifications
