Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company customer service professionals to join our remote call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner

- Look up member information using proprietary arenaflex systems and reputed company information to the caller
- reputed company logs requiring further research to the appropriate department
- Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more reputed company issue (claims, authorizations, etc.)

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
