Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with clients through an automated dialer and engaging in high-volume conversations to identify potential compensation opportunities
- Multitasking and managing multiple reputed company to reputed company exceptional customer service and support
- Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
- Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately
- Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
- Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures
- Assisting with other projects as needed
- Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Handle 40-50 calls per day, with 1-5 potential compensation opportunities

- Utilize phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) accurately and reputed company

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Ability to work 40+ hours per week
- Residency in the reputed company or New Jersey
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
- High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum)
- Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired reputed company USB (average price is $20-$30)
- Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused
- 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

* You're unable to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- You're unable to work 40+ hours per week, each week
- You can't imagine handling 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-reputed company until you're connected with a viable caller
- You're unable to use problem-solving skills
- You're unable to work the full training period (90 days)
- You're unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during earned vacation days or reputed company business hours

Hours of Operation
A full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
Total Compensation
* Salary reputed company starts at $17.31/hour
- In reputed company to salary, you'll earn commissions and bonuses, with Total Compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+)
