Job Summary
We're seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, working approximately 3-29 hours per week. As a CSR, you'll apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and help improve the customer experience during a challenging time. Responsibilities
As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
- Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
- Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions
- Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
- Maintaining punctuality and reliability, including availability for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations
- Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred
- Language skills:
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports + Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions + Ability to project a confident, clear, and professional telephone reputed company + Ability to reputed company feedback verbally and written in a positive, professional manner
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
- Computer skills:
+ Knowledge of basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company + Ability to type at least 40wpm
- Network requirements:
+ Upon hire, a Speed Test must be run from the computer you'll be working from (www.speedtest.net) + Ethernet reputed company is not required, but strongly recommended + Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations + No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US
