The Role
As a Part Time Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service across telephone, reputed company media, webchat, and email. You'll be a brand ambassador for our clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and deliver exceptional experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and tailored to the customer's needs
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary
- Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs

Working Hours and Location
This is a part-time role, requiring 20 hours of work per week. The working hours are as follows:
- Wednesday: 9am-6pm
- Thursday: 2pm-6pm
- Friday: 9am-6pm
You'll have the option to work remotely (WFH) or from our Southend-on-Sea office.

To ensure that you can work effectively from home, you'll need to meet the following hardware and software requirements:
